60min FREE training session to try it out. Applies only to first class.

Private Pilates Sessions

Single person Pilates session— Choose from a variety of classes including traditional Pilates, HIIT Pilates, Strength Training & Pilates, Pilates for Athletes.

Semi-Private Pilates Sessions

Pilates session for 2-3 people. Classes are set up as a circuit and the same type of classes are available as in the Private session.

Fitness Assessment

Fitness assessment looking at mobility, flexibility, movement patterns and goals. We use this session to create the most personalized plan possible.
